Baby’s First Fiesta
It was such a treat to celebrate my second son’s very first birthday. He actually smiled all day and had a great time.
The food was an A++.
We ventured out and got an amazing caterer, Taquizas Diana. Highly recommended. A flavorful delight.
The dessert table was also an A++.
My mom and my step dad, created the most beautiful cake for my baby. As well as, marshmallow and meringue farm animals. Let me tell you, they were delicious!
Additionally, I had to incorporate sugar cookies from the same person that did the sugar cookies for my son’s baby shower.
I highly recommend Rosies work.
Her business’s name is Sugar Lane Cookies. Her art work is amazing!
Music A++ our DJ was spotify and Tito’s play list had a variety of genres.
We were not planning on having a photographer. However, my brother showed up with a brand new Nikon and so we took advantage of his services, lol. So glad we did because he actually caught some amazing moments!
Theme A++. We couldn’t have asked for a more colorful and happy theme. I would argue that about 85% of the decoration was make by me. I am quite proud of that.
Kids sitter also a A++.
The jumper we rented out was not too huge and the kids were so entertained by it. This is the second time we rent from Paradise Jumpers. Their prices are reasonable and they offer services on Sundays. I would know. We used them for my baby shower last year.
Finally, the company. We figured for a baby’s first birthday , that we would invite friends who have children and our immediate family. We are so appreciative for those who were able to hang out with us for a bit.
The after party Karaoke for the adults was so fun. We are still recovering from it.
Well that was one busy Saturday!
I posted a video on my IG account with a recap of everything. Hope you enjoy & happy browsing!
